GoogleWe have just purchased a 1901 stone cottage to renovate, and have applied for the derelict grant. Gerry has been a real super star ⭐️ top man, honest and very knowledgeable. We came across this cottage while still living in Australia. We didn’t view it, but had a friend check it out for us. Now ready to move for a better more peaceful life in Ireland. Many thanks to Gerry and his colleagues for making this dream a reality🙏🍀😊👍
