Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with V-Matrix (and in particular Alex). Alex is very friendly and personable and he always returns calls, texts and emails. I received the flat in great condition, and he replaced several items before I moved in, even asking me if I needed a few extra bits and pieces (a nice touch you certainly don’t get with big agencies.) For me, what set my experience with V-Matrix apart from other agencies is that you are treated like a person (in the past I’ve dealt with agencies who don’t return calls, who promise to replace things then won’t, and who are typically very rude). V-matrix has been the opposite and overall I’m really happy with the experience and very happy with my new home.
