GoogleIt is not often that you will see publicly estate agents complimenting one another but I wanted to give kudos to Patricia who worked with me inside a sales chain recently and to say it was a tough cookie was an understatement!
After the chain collapsing twice we never gave up and finally managed to get it over the line this week!
Diggins and Co - Pat is a superstar and not only professional but personable and an asset to your company!

GoogleTook three times for the details of our property to be correct before going 'live'. Once all sorted and our property was live I could not fault them for the calls we had from the office with viewers for our property. I constantly had calls from them booking in viewers for that weekend, in which we then sold our property. The information and feedback that we had from them was great. Would of given five stars, but the conveyancers/solicitors that they recommended for us to use have been poor, no fault of Diggins as it turns out they had only just started to use them. If they offer you to use DC Law...don't.

GoogleI found myself to be in the very fortunate position of not only having a fantastic team with a rival company selling my home but also having Diggins & Co as the agent for the home I wished to purchase. I found the Diggins & Co team to be professional in meeting my requirements as the purchaser but also adaptive to the ever evolving desire for all in the chain to get completed by 31st March - to avoid the stamp duty increase. They achieved that goal: with sheer grit and determination, being creative and maintaining highly effective lines of communication with me as the purchaser.

YellExcellent service with sound advice
I have used Darren and his team four times in the last eight years. The service I have received throughout is second to none. When advising on property values and strategies you always receive sound honest advice unlike others that over value to get the property contracted to them then shortly afterwards ask you to reduce your asking price.I would recommend Diggins & Co and will certainly be using them again myself in the future.

GoogleUnprofessional. They were late with the exchange, it turned out the previous owner had a copy of the keys AFTER the exchange. The property ad was disingenuous as some things were supposed to be included and were not. And on top of things they have the audacity to send you spam celebrating you having to work with them.

YellDisgusting and lots of games and time wasting
You can rely on Darren and Michelle to waste your time, be less than honest and get you nowhere fast. My family ditched them and guess what? They sold their house and moved. Its not difficult unless you sign up with this mob.
