When our first house fell through at the last hurdle, Julie was able to find us a short term rental whilst we found and purchased another house. Jane Simpson has been just amazing from start to finish. She worked with us for a year and was able to understand our needs and help us in our search, whilst explaining what was going on and at times calming us down with her honest appraisals of the situations. This is not your average Estate Agent/Property Management service - the key differentiator for me is that you genuinely feel that you are in “safe hands”. Jane was always completely honest and she really supported us through the purchase process. She also made us feel very welcome to Ripon as we have not lived here before. Our sale progressed during the Covid-19 lockdown and was not without its challenges. However, Jane very calmly supported us, kept us up to speed at all times and we felt extremely looked after.
Her support was invaluable and has continued to be so long after a normal service would cease.
I can highly recommend Solo Property Management. The service is personal and hands on, supportive and caring and they definitely go over and above for their clients.
