YellHave just purchased a house through Sherringtons and was very happy with their service. They were good to deal with. Viewings were arranged quickly and they were pro-active in giving updates to everyone involved.

FacebookWhen we let our house, Sherringtons helped us with a fully managed and professional service. A tenant was found quickly and the team were a delight to deal with. We never experienced a single issue during the management of our property and I would recommend them without reservation.

FacebookI would not recommend this letting agent. The flat I let from them was a poor state. I was informed during the viewing that the damp had been resolved and it was just a cosmetic issue. The flat was painted the morning before I moved in to cover this up. I was in the tenancy 3 months and the mould and damp issues continued to the extent I considered environmental health and could not live in the property without feeling ill. It was agreed I could leave my tenancy early but no compensation was forthcoming. I should also state Sherringtons themselves did not inspect the property once during this time, and were not forthcoming in rectifying issues.

FacebookI can’t recommend Sherringtons highly enough. I have rented 3 properties with them over the years and each time it has been handled professionally and efficiently. Every stage in the process runs smoothly. There’s no doubt that Sherringtons deserve the full 5 stars!
