Absolutely brilliant team. They had a buyer for my property in less than a month and this was in October so I was very impressed because sales normally slow down at this time of year. Communication was fantastic. If they couldn’t get hold of me by phone they sent me an email straight away. They kept me updated with every step of the process. The sale went through smoothly and their fee was lower than any other quote I had from local estate agents. Can’t recommend them enough. Many thanks to Dan and his team.

They manage one of my rental properties and have done a brilliant job. There have been a few jobs to be done at the property and they have been dealt within in a very professional way. New reliable tenants have been found quickly and the whole process has been trouble free. Daniel at the Ripley office is great and I am very confident my property is in very safe hands. Great support from Dan Hallett throughout. I was living in Erewash Works and honestly I'm sad to leave but needed to upsize. The whole experience from moving in to moving out couldn't have been easier, Dan is always going the extra mile to help when you have a query and nothing is too much to ask. It makes such a great difference to previous Letting Agents and he really does look out for you as a tenant. Very approachable in character and got things sorted for us asap every time, really does share your concerns and understanding. The flat itself was really good value and the location couldn't have been more central. I would absolutely recommend using these guys if you are looking about, best letting agent I've used (and I was in three different rentals throughout Uni), very responsive, not pushy, and total respect for privacy also.

I spent the last 6 months looking for the right property after relocating back to the area but found that lots of other agents/agencies were slow in replying or arranging viewings, meaning that I lost out on many opportunities. After finding my property with All Agreed, I emailed to arrange a viewing and received a fast response and I was able to secure a viewing for the following day. From that moment, every single question or query was responded to in a timely way and Daniel worked around my busy work schedule to action everything to secure the property for me. I couldn’t find a single fault with him or with All Agreed and would highly recommend them to anyone. As they are a smaller company, I found that they were much more person centred and approachable than the bigger agencies but with the same level of professionalism, which was a massive benefit to me as a customer and made me feel valued.
