Amazing, Attentive, A Class. I had spent months dealing with different letting agent looking for a property, if only I had come to Anthony's sooner. From the day I called to view, it was 15 days and I was in the property. I was guided through the referencing with real support and actually enjoyed the whole process thanks to Tony. Outstanding service and i have complete peace of mind knowing the type of person who is responsible for managing my tenancy/property. I'm sure my landlady feels exactly the same. I’ve been a tenant of Tony’s for over four years, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better landlord. From day one, he’s been incredibly responsive, reliable, and genuinely caring about the property and his tenants. Any issues, no matter how small, are dealt with quickly and professionally, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in perfect order. Tony keeps the property well-maintained and is respectful of my space and privacy while still being approachable and easy to communicate with. Anthony’s was the estate agent for the people we purchased our new bungalow from. Tony drove a hard bargain for his client but I think we were all satisfied with the final deal.Originally the chain was just our buyer , us and the couple we were buying from.But over time the chain grew into five buyers which became complicated. I have to say, as the purchase went on, and it eventually took over 8 months, Tony was on the phone virtually every day speaking to the other agents and solicitors trying to get all the problems sorted. Even though he was not working on our behalf, he called us regularly to keep us up to date with how things were proceeding. If we ever decide to sell we wouldn’t hesitate to use Anthony’s as our agent. We would thoroughly recommend.
