GoogleIf was possible to put a -3000 stars I would do it.
S Blake is an unpleasant and ignorant woman and also the manager in this loser estate agency, hence I am advising you all to stay far away from it! She produces fake invoices in order to deduct money from your deposit at the end of the tenancy - and also very intrusive as she wants to inspect your home every month.
Be aware of this estate agency!

As the owner of John Roberts and Co I am in the fortunate position of not having to tow a corporate line, and as such can call-out your scurrilous, defamatory comments . Always happy to compromise, find common ground and work towards a resolution, I find myself unable to do so in this instance. Your comments, meant to trash a reputation 30 years in the making, can be read by all, which is as it should be, even though your rantings are untrue !
The person you describe as “S Blake” has been part of the team at John Roberts for approaching 30 years. She is a consummate professional and I have NEVER had a single complaint in that time about her work or how she conducts herself.

Not only have they found us reliable, trustworthy tenants, but they have also made the letting process seamless and trouble free, dealing with matters promptly and efficiently with the least disruption and worry, which is worth its weight in gold when you are working abroad. I cannot sing these ladies praises enough, they go above and beyond the call of duty for their clients and John is a wonderful man with decades of experience and knowledge of the area and properties, whom we have known for almost 25 years now. GoogleSuch a professional, efficient, friendly team who will always go the extra mile. We've known them since we sold our house and bought another through them over 20 years ago. We've since bought and sold another, instructed them to find tenants for a rental property and also to do the full management service. We couldn't fault them especially their knowledge and fair application of the legal complexities of landlord and tenant legislation. Would highly recommend.

We had issues with parts of the deposit being withheld which I feel, was in part due to poor communications from John Roberts and Co. However, they resolved the issues and most of the deposit was returned. It feels a little harsh to give 3 stars but had the comms had been better, I probably would have upped it.
