I found Halletts the most helpful and personable of estate agents.They were efficient , friendly , and helpful.They were also very much in tune with the property market, local and general , and gave wise and timely advice.Throughout the whole process they were there , and responded very quickly and accurately to all my queries.They were a fount of useful information and nothing was too much trouble.I dealt with Giles Egan through out the entire process , and it was very helpful to just have one key person to deal with.Continuity is really paramount in what can sometimes be a long ,trying and anxiety generating process.Halletts really lives up to the phrase “Small is Beautiful”, and I am very grateful to them.They operate a small , personable , efficient business where the customer really is looked after very well.

We have been renting from Giles for over 5 years now and he has been a pleasure to deal with since day one. When showing us around he never once tried to over embellish it like others in the same industry do and was very upfront and honest. Since moving in, whenever we have had an issue or needed anything, Giles can't help quickly enough. Within an hour of mentioning a sink blockage recently, Giles had a plumber sent over who fixed the problem straight away. He responds quickly and politely to all our requests and we know that if we need to we can pop in and see him and the team. We couldn't recommend W Hallet and Co enough and would always want to deal with them, especially Giles, for any future moves.

We are extremely happy with the service provided by Giles and his team. They have found us the most perfect home and we couldn't be happier. We viewed at least twenty properties with other agents and I can honestly say Halletts were by far the most responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

I have rented two properties from Hallett and Co, Kew in the last few years. Their service has been exemplary. This most recent letting they have been extremely efficient, with very fast response rates to queries - even in the recent snowy weather. I would highly recommend Giles, Sparkle, Lynn - the Hallett & Co team.

We were extremely happy to purchase our dream house through Halletts in Kew. Giles was a pleasure to deal with, very straightforward and not at all like a lot of agents we had come across before. The whole experience was very smooth and we cannot recommend him enough.

I rented a property for 2 years with Halletts and everything went really smooth. First of all, all the staff is very friendly and helpful. They replied to my emails quickly and the whole process was super professional. Highly recommend.
