I recently moved into a new house and couldn't be happier with how smooth the whole process was, all thanks to James! From the moment I viewed the property, James was friendly, chatty, and incredibly personable. He made me feel at ease straight away and was always quick to respond to any emails or questions I had. He kept me informed every step of the way, and I never felt out of the loop. The turnaround from viewing the property to getting the keys was just two weeks, which was amazing! When I moved in, the house was absolutely immaculate, spotless and clearly well looked after. James also provided a really clear explanation of the inventory and all associated costs, so there were no surprises. Overall, James made renting genuinely easy and stress-free. His professionalism, experience, and friendly approach made a real difference, and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to rent. Thanks again, James!

I can't recommend Norman F. Brown Estate Agents highly enough. I was looking for a rental property for about 5 months and it's only because of James that I was able to secure my lovely fully refurbished flat that he alerted me to. Richmond is such a popular town, there is huge demand for rental property. I'm very grateful to James, I was the very first person to see the flat thanks to him. I must also say a massive thank you to Belinda in the office. She helped me so much through the whole process. She patiently answered every single one of my many questions. No stone was left unturned, she was able to tick off every box on my long list. Immaculate attention to detail. The level of service I've experienced has been nothing short of outstanding. If you are reading this and wondering whether you should deal with this excellent company, I would obviously say 100% YES. Best wishes to everyone, keep up the great work. Kindest regards. John

We were most impressed with the service offered by Norman F Brown when we asked them to help us let out our property. I could not imagine renting out our property without their guidance as to the current laws which a landlord needs to comply with. They change regularly and their clear guidance was invaluable. The response time to any queries (and we had many!) was incredible, often measured in minutes. Highly recommended!

The team at Norman F Brown relet our flat in a matter of days and then helped us with a range of work to get it ready for the new tenants. They answered all our emails quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble. We’ve used several letting agents over the years and this has been our best experience to date. Great team to work with!

We have recently rented another property via Norman F Brown and have been delighted again with the level of care, contact and professionalism afforded us. We were particularly happy that knowledge of us as tenants in a previous property advertised by the company was taken into account when considering us for our new home. Highly recommended.
