Such a refreshing change! The experience with Major Son & Phipps was such a smooth and pleasant one. I actually think being a smaller agency - and around for so many years helps the customer. They handled everything (during covid) and I never once felt pushed or manipulated. That has sadly been my experience with other, more aggressive agents. In short all three people I dealt with were so easy to reach, clear, friendly and efficient. The whole thing went perfectly. I'd also add the property on their books was a brilliant one for me.
