GoogleValuation done by them. Absolute joke. Undervalued property. Massively overvalued renovation costs. Valuation done by M.J. Charlton. 40 years experience apparently.

GoogleVery poor experience with this surveyor. I paid for a full building survey on a property, but I'm now paying thousands of pounds to rectify structural issues with the property that were not highlighted to me. I am extremely unhappy about this. Complaints process is a joke.

GoogleCalled via Right Move and left a message with details to call back. Over a week ago now, no return call and I can't now remember the property I was enquiring about
