From the very first contact, Jason Ung, the negotiator, has been incredibly nice and patient. He promptly responded to my inquiries and diligently helped me find solutions to any issues that arose. During the move-in process, the team was welcoming and warm, creating a positive atmosphere.I also want to express my gratitude to Emma Soanes, my property manager. Since moving in, I have encountered several facility-related problems, and she has gone above and beyond to contact the landlord and other relevant parties. Her efforts have been remarkable in ensuring that these issues are addressed as quickly as possible.Overall, my renting experience thus far has been excellent, and I attribute this to the professionalism and expertise of Knight Frank as an agency.

Katie Shaw and the Knight Frank team helped me to find my home, which is in a completely new neighbourhood to where I have lived the past eight years. She was courteous and professional throughout the entire process, and I greatly appreciate that she did not engage in the usual tactics that estate agents employ to pressure prospective tenants, especially in letting situations that are always skewed heavily in favour of the owner.
