GoogleThe most unprofessional and terrible estate agent we have ever seen. A Mad guy called Michael sitting there thinks he knows everything and speaks to his clients in very rude tone. Please stay away from them and don't waste your time and money . Highly non recomendable agents. Please please please avoid them and do let others know too.

GoogleAbsolutely avoid this estate agent at all costs. They are corrupt, disrespectful, and completely clueless about property management. They provided fake certifications for heating and electricity, putting tenants at risk. When I moved in, I later found out the house had previously been on fire, something they never mentioned. They also refused to fix anything properly, including rusted and damaged pipes I discovered. This Michael, who often shows up drunk and reeks of alcohol. He brings his plumbers over , but nothing ever gets fixed right. It’s clear they’re just trying to appease the landlord, who doesn’t want to spend a penny on proper repairs. Save yourself the stress, money, and hassle, NEVER rent from this estate agent!

GoogleI rented a property in Whitton. On leaving the property which me and my housemate left in immaculate condition, they withheld half of my deposit. When ringing them to ask why my deposit had been withheld Michael told me he would look into it and get back to me straight away. After that I heard nothing else from them, after sending them multiple emails with no response. I contacted all 3 tenancy deposit schemes and found out that half way through the tenancy they removed our money from the TDS and never out it back in. This is illegal! After finding this out and taking legal action they finally responded claiming they had done nothing wrong - and then paid me back the remainder of the deposit. If you are with them make sure you money is in a TDS - it is a legal requirement of the letting agency. I also had some dealings with a lady called Angela during the agency - who was very rude, when contacting her in a polite and reasonable manner she always respond with very sarcastic or rude responds which were completely unnecessary.

Extraordinary efforts were made by them to get this whole transaction over the line.A highly experienced set up who really went way beyond our expectations. Well done to a very good team and I with my family will remain very thankful.

GoogleI really don't understand the "positive" reviews about this estate agent. Here's my take. First off I don't have a axe to grind just sharing my experience. So, I saw a lovely studio above Desi's on Hounslow Road. Large, bright and all I needed. I subsequently moved in and found no hot water, Michael then suggested I move next door, which I had no problem with. But when I checked, found that the rent was cheaper, but they were still charging me the higher rate for the room I moved out of!! No here's where the problem starts. As someone who suffers from mental heath stuff, I was placed above some of the noisiest neighbours ever. Sometimes it seemed they were building Noahs Ark up there. I told Michael about it and I quote (text to prove it) "I know of no issues you claim". Because he knows of no issues doesn't mean they do not exist. So I have had to move out, surrender my tenancy, maybe as a vunrable adult to face homelessness, all because he wants to hang on to my deposit. Well done Dunlops.
