Yes - sold our property - but then that was it

Yes - they sold our property - however thats the easy part. During the sales process they did very little, to the point the onward estate agents in the chain did the majority of the work, and without them I am unsure it would have even happened. Nice enough staff, but maybe need to focus on not just winning business and helping those in the process

real lack of service/ communication

awful, I have been trying to speak to someone from the sales team for months. they say the same script every time I call "this is lettings, leave your details and sales will call you back". They never do. I actually want to purchase a property, why wont they talk to me? I can see the property just sitting there and every time I ask if it's still available they say it is. But I never get further than that with them.

Absolutely shocking 😲 nasty nasty nasty ruined my family my wife over living with mould and damp since we moved in breaching contracts my wife is carlie on this page below harassment using our own damages twice on forbidden 🚫 housing laws rights acts on Adding surrenders to a debt bill constantly asking pressure since January haven't even done a emergency to life health and safety job within law by 7 days it's still isn't finished 6 months later again 3rd time 😢 ruined my wife's pregnancy have had us knowing we are in a glass house in the garden 2 adults 1 autistic 10 year old sharing just a bed no lights running water 😀 😢 no heating windows and doors dont close totally inhabitable total prison for 7 weeks the lists goes on and on people and landlords state on here too they have done exactly the same but on even smaller things just to earn money out of good decent people's lives lost over 60k in savings injury hospital for 13 months 😀 👍 ripped us apart and still going welcome all headoffice big owners of company and press before we reach you we will have the chains round our necks lined and our lives back soon

Monika has been managing my flat for rent for the last year or so. Monika has been incredibly efficient in resolving this - chasing the managing agent to find the cause of the leak, following up and arranging for it to be fixed and then looking into redecoration which needs to be claimed on the buildings insurance, as well as liaising with and reassuring the tenant and keeping me informed. She has been a pleasure to deal with and I am really impressed by her efficiency, reliability and tenacity.

We have just completed (and exchanged simultaneously) on a flat in Twickenham, part probate. Dexters were true to their word on every count. George gave lots of feed back both positive and negatative from viewings and very quickly showed round our buyers. He negotiated well and we were very happy with the outcome and help he offered, occasionally catching up if there were any issues to chase. I must also thank Ian whose role as it seemed to me was to hand hold for the buyers and sellers, and chase up on solicitors, outstanding issues and in our case acted extremely quickly on a last minute request from the buyers solicitor. He managed this with his calm manner and also responded quickly to any emails or calls. His role is a vital part of this team. With the help of both Ian and George and our solicitor, we completed on the date we were all hoping for.
