They have guided me through the whole process so I don't need to get involved in the day-to-day management. They found and screened the original tenant, and have now found a new tenant after the original tenant moved on. They bank the rent, deal with repairs and provide me with a report for tax purposes. The staff deal with my enquiries quickly. It's an efficient and hassle-free service.

Ed******. One of the sneakiest agent.He harassed us to let people do some works and we found out that they have been using utilities and had us pay for it. Hundreds of pounds...He just kept ignoring phone calls and emails and randomly replying to say that he is discussing with the company to get us paid back.I wouldn't trust dexters agents. They will lie to you and make you believe that you're having a good deal (e.g. asking to not discuss rent with neighbours, which I did obviously and literally had a group chat) then harass you to leave them a review on-line. SMH.And if the review is not positive, they will try to get it removed!
