GoogleWe rented a property in West London from BTLP for just over a year.
BTLP had strengths in timeliness of communication, quickly fixing an issues in the flat and a really personal touch.
Renting in London can be a stressful and particularly challenging experience but Jonathan and his team guided us through the experience. Quickly got paperwork signed and sent out to us and were fantastic at managing the property once we in renting. Getting keys, dropping off keys and getting inspections done were simple and painless.
Would highly recommend using BTLP.

I have been renting a property through BTLP for the past three years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. In a city like London, where finding an apartment can be incredibly challenging, BTLP has made the experience not only manageable but genuinely rewarding.

GoogleTo every tenant, please seriously note here, do not use this agent, they are lier and you will never get your deposit back after your tenancy! They don't have an office and they never reply messages regarding to your deposit. I have been cheated by them around 50K. They are playing with tenants. The deposit they didn't put into the deposit scheme and they find a way to make it legal. It was a terrible experience with them!

In case you don't often read your reviews we have reported your review with a view to having it taken down by Google as it is misleading for others who read our reviews. For your information we are a member of Propertymark and as such are held to the highest of standards in the property industry. You can see our last review was indeed written by a Propertymark employee. I would also add if tenants pay rent of over £100,000 per annum for a property there is no requirement to register the deposit with any of the deposit schemes as in this situation it is deemed a Non-Housing Act Tenancy, which is different to an Assured Shorthand Tenancy (AST). We register all our tenants’ deposits with the DPS who have AST agreements in place and for our more expensive properties with rents over £100,000 or Company Tenancies we keep funds in our ring fenced Client Account as is the case with most leading agents.
