GoogleThe process form receiving a Section 31 Notice through the post to getting an acceptable outcome is never going to be easy when the landlord and tenant involved are from the outset diametrically opposed. Cath did a great job of giving us all the options open to us and being sympathetic whilst being realistic about outcomes. I cannot thank Cath enough for guiding us along the journey and always keeping momentum up during negotiations to get closure.

GoogleWe chose John Pallister's because they are a local and well respected Estate agent, with great, in depth knowledge of the local property market. We had a piece of land for sale locally, and the sale turned into a long, protracted and complicated sale (15 months). Through the many twists and turns, Richard and his staff advised us, and kept us informed and always returned communications quickly right up to the completion of the sale. Great customer service. GoogleWe have recently sold a former Church building. We were given excellent advice on the various valuations, ways of selling and places to advertise. We tried sealed bids and this proved successful. We have been patiently led through the complex procedure and no question was too 'silly'.
