FacebookHighly recommended. Sold our house in a matter of days and charged a very competitive price for their services. Always helpful over the phone and kept us updated throughout the process. Thank you so much Steffi, Angela and Sharon 😊

Facebook100% I would recommend this lovely team. Angela, Sharon and steffi have honestly been amazing!! I purchased a property from Durbins Mountain Ash that brought with it the most stressful and difficult circumstances possible, however this was through no fault of this lovely team. I was not their client and they did not act for me however the support they provided me was truly outstanding 💕 I am sure everyone will agree conveyancing is an absolutely nightmare but this team continually kept me informed on a daily basis, always rang me back when they said they would, continually chased solicitors and vendors in order to support the completion of my purchase. Without this teams support and help there is no way I would have continued with my purchase. They did not use covid as an excuse and continued to work day in and day out to support me. After 6 months my purchase finally completed on 11th November. If you want a highly professional and friendly service please use Durbins!! Abi x

FacebookBuying the house was easy and completed quickly. the issue is that I was not informed that none of the plumbing in both bathrooms worked before I purchase the house! I only found out when I had a plumber came out and water came through my kitchen ceiling! Durbins employees were friendly but if they recommend you using Gwilym Jones Davies who are based in the same building, I would recommend against using them as once the house has been bought you are no longer part of their concerns. Calls and emails ignored or their never in the office. After almost 2 months of plumbing issues I now have to go through another solicitor to try and get some of the £5,000 costs covered.
