Brite Light provided a good managed tenancy service when the tenant was paying the rent and staying in contact as per the tenant's contractual responsibilities. The tenant they found was great for a couple of years but started having problems after that. When the rent was not on time, I always noticed first and contacted them to find out what the problem before they contacted me. They always tried to help when I did contact them, but it was nearly always me who contacted them first. When I had to evict my tenant Brite Light were helpful and provided all documentation I needed in time for me to make my possession claim. Marianne in particular was helpful during and after the eviction. The fact that they were not proactive to communicate with me when there were rent arrears and the length of time for the deposit to be returned (5 months after eviction) are the negatives of my experience of their managed tenancy service.

I can't recommend Brite Light Letting highly enough. I called Marianne about a property and she countered with another, better house that hadn't yet gone to market and put us in touch with the director, David. See, David caught that we're out-of-towners, and he very kindly offered to meet us and drive us around the area to visit the two properties, providing an expert local commentary on the town and its surroundings. We got the full 'Place in the Sun' treatment! The recommended house was everything we were looking for; we're glad to have put our faith in BLL's excellent judgement. We immediately began the paperwork to become their next tenants. Throughout the entire process, David and Marianne have taken the time and gone the extra mile to answer any questions we had and made us feel incredibly welcome to the area. If you or your loved ones are considering renting a property or leasing out via Brite Light Letting, definitely go for it. You'll be very well looked after.

I have now been a tenant of Brite Light Letting for over 18 months, and I can not recommend these guys enough! When we first moved into the property, it was renovated to a very high standard, and they had no issues whatsoever about us bringing our family cat along. In the time that we have been here, there hasn't been many issues with the property, but when there has been, they have done everything in their power to fix the problem as soon as possible. I can honestly say, that we have made new friends since moving into our new home, rather than just landlords.

We put our house up for Sale with Brite Light after being given a very competitive price for their Services. From day one nothing was too much for the sales manager Debbie. She was always at the end of the phone day and night with any issues which in the past with other agents hadn’t been the case and we have had to wait days for replies so this was refreshing. They are a fantastic team at Brite Light and we cannot recommend them enough. A very hard working letting/sales agency who give their all for their clients. A pleasure to work with.

Amazing experience with these guys - while I ultimately didn’t rent with them, they were so nice and welcoming. David showed me around the area, which was already above and beyond but even more so for me as an Australian moving to Wales who doesn’t know anything about the area. Definitely recommend these guys!!
