They have been extremely helpful and welcoming every time we have made contact. They were extremely quick in organising every aspect of the sale from valuation to organising viewings. When I have viewed propertyβs for sale through Clare Evans & co they have been very amenable and flexible with quick viewings and friendly service.
Megan is a total asset to this company, she is amazing at her job and extremely friendly.

FacebookClare is a lovely person. She took extremely good photos of our home. That we sold in 3 days was down to a neighbour who bought cash no viewing!There was a small flurry of viewing the next few days but the sale had been agreed.As to the service provided by this agent - Abysmal!No paper copies of details were available at all, either for us or anyone who asked us at viewings - the excuse "our printer is broken" is just not good enough. In fact it is rather childish especially when you consider the charges one pays to an estate agent.This move started back in September 2019 and yes Covid slowed things down. However, we finally moved to our new home 2nd March this year. It was not an easy run, there were complications and problems galore. Sometimes upsetting. The vendors agent and staff were so helpful and very kind to us every step of the way, keeping us fully informed of developments. We got to know them very well. Our solicitor was excellent at times doing what an agent should be doing. The estate agent - well from Christmas until the move 1 telephone call early in the new year. That's it!!!!!!!Even worse the gentleman who bought our original home had problems getting the keys from this agent.All in all money for old rope! The biggest bill in the move for the least and worst service!!!!!I cannot in all honesty recommend this agent.

To say I am Frustrated Would be an understatement If I was the vendor of this property I personally would like to know !

We apologise whenever a viewing is not possible. On this occasion the short timescale viewing requested could not be fulfilled due to COVID-19 rules. The applicant was advised prior to his visit that the viewing has not been confirmed and he was aware of this fact.

We were given a comprehensive and knowledgeable valuation on two properties put up for sale which were marketed very well indeed, both sold near the valuation given. She has a very good knowledge of the areas she specialises in, which is in and around mid wales we wouldnβt hesitate to use her services again.

So I was fortunate to have Clare Evans recommended to me by friends here, to help guide me through this entire process. The staff have all been very friendly, helpful, encouraging and professional throughout. Equally, they seemed to have just the sort of (detached) properties I was looking for, compared to other Agents I tried, a testament to the faith that local sellers have in them.
In conclusion, I would not hesitate to recommend them and should I ever need to move again, they would be top of my list.

GoogleGreat local estate agency who work really hard to achieve a sale at a good price for both buyer and seller.
Refreshing to deal with instead of some of the Dinosaurs around the area who claim to be good, easy to get a sale when you are constantly underpricing.
Claire stood out for us and really appreciated the property and itβs benefits, others had decided their sale price before even stepping through the door!
Claire and Megan are very professional and keep you fully informed at all times.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and her agency to anyone selling or purchasing a property. I ended up negotiating a private sale on my property, but even then Clare happily advised and helped me through the process, even though she was not gaining financially and this was very much appreciated. She is a breath of fresh air in the Estate Agency world :)
