Absolutely outstanding! As a long time landlord I moved my portfolio to Burgin Atkinson over the course of a year from a different local agent. The difference is unbelievable. Decent tenants paying fair market rents- what more could I ask for? Steph, Debbie and the team in the office are responsive and extremely efficient- nothing is too much trouble and gets sorted straight away. I finally feel that my agents are working with me to provide decent properties at fair rents for decent people. As a landlord, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Outstanding!

We recently sold our house through Burgin Atkinson. We used their pay upfront service for £995 and bolted on a few extras. We sold our £600k house within 4 weeks and it only cost us £1700 in total!!...a fraction of the cost of the other local estate agents. The service Dave and Ellie provided was excellent and I was particularly impressed with the drone video footage they filmed.... so professional and it really showcased our house. One thing that I will always be grateful for was when there was some issues that we had when selling our first home, I was pregnant, I got upset while I was talking to David on the phone, he told me to put the phone down and that he was coming round to see me. I was so impressed I paid the escape charge and moved agents. If you're committed to moving you wont find better than £995 for the same service

We have just sold our house through Burgin & Atkinson and have found them to be extremely helpfull and communication with them has been excellent. They were always there to help, always called back as promised and always kept me informed of everything. They went above and beyond my expectations as the sale was for my 85 year old mother and I don't live locally so couldn't always be there to help show people round. David (Burgin & Atkinson) arranged all the showings, he was there for every one of them, so my mother didn't have to cope with showing strangers round. Ellie (Burgin & Atkinson) in the office was always brilliant in communication and helped us out enormously. Selling a house can be stressful, especially for an 85 year old, but they made her feel comfortable and relaxed and were always there for her. I can't say the same for our solicitors but that's another story! :) I am sure that without the help of Burgin Atkinson this would have been a much more difficult journey.

We invited David out to give me and my wife some advice with regards to extending our property and how the proposed extension would affect the value of our home, even though we are not likely to be selling in the short term. He gave us an hour of his time and helped us realise what would and wouldn’t be, a good idea.
