The house its self is pretty good. The issues is the amount of snagging and the avant customer service department being inadequate at offering help. From contractors showing up out the blue to going 4 month without replying to emails or phone calls.

We have been in our new Avant house at Barley Gate near Chester-le-Street for 3 years.Avant have still not finished the roads, footpaths and drains on the development.Beware of Avant
