I live in Ireland and wanted to sell my property in Renfrew, fully expecting I would have to travel back and forth once or twice to get everything signed, sealed and delivered. This wasn't the case and they managed to get the property sold for me within two weeks of making contact with them, which was incredible! They liased with my lawyers too without any issue and managed to get the sale over the line without any drama. The house sale was a breeze. Thanks again for a 5 🌟 service.

Throughout Stacey provided a very responsive service, even keeping in touch on a rare day off to ensure I had all the latest updates. A fantastic service and all at a very competitive price.

FacebookI bought a house marketed by Peachtree and decided to use them to sell our house as they immediately seemed more modern and friendly than some of the others I’d asked for a quote who seemed either stuffy or overly salesy. They sold my house within 8 days and we had really good communication throughout. Unfortunately the week we were due to move issues were uncovered with the buyer which my solicitor hadn’t checked. My solicitor was absolutely useless and could not have cared less that our house was packed into boxes and I had two excited and then disappointed kids wondering why they weren’t moving. Thankfully Peachtree did care and they recommended we remarketed as the buyers issues were unlikely to be resolved - they sent only qualified buyers whose situation would work for our chain and they managed the chain to avoid our sellers remarketing and risk losing our new house. Peachtree also had to then seek information directly from our second buyer when our solicitor hadn’t and we cannot thank them enough! We resold and have now moved but this would not have happened without Peachtree going over and above for us.

During covid restrictions we lost our buyer (as many did), and I feared that our new home could be lost as a result.. but this lot had our place resold within 12 hrs. It's a step beyond professional, and you still get the personal care of a family business, start to finish. They care about about what they do, and are very good at it. Highly, highly recommended.

I feel that my experience with Peachtree on more than one instance of purchasing a house has left me very disappointed and upset.
We were unaware of any trust pilot reviews and have only taken ownership of this account today. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience. As a small local business we pride ourself on our reputation. To clarify, both property transactions referenced were handled by a negotiator/manager within our team who has no personal connection or relationship with any of the parties involved. In an area such as ours, where we are often involved in transactions between people who may know one another, it is standard practice for negotiations to be managed by a colleague independent of any relationship to ensure a fair and impartial process for all parties. With specific reference to the second transaction, which I believe your concerns relate to. We can confirm that we had no prior relationship with the sellers, and I personally have never met the owners. This sale was managed entirely during a period when I was on annual leave. Regarding the Home Report, this is prepared independently by a qualified surveyor, and neither ourselves nor any estate agent has any influence over the scoring or findings within it. We understand that your concerns were raised directly with Allied Surveyors, who are/were best placed to investigate and respond to any technical matters relating to the report. In relation to the first property purchased, this was viewed on more than one occasion prior to purchase, providing full opportunity to assess its condition. Both properties were marketed and sold in line with all standard procedures by a negotiator independent of any relationship. We also include clear disclaimers within all of our marketing materials advising that particulars are for guidance only, and we encourage all purchasers to carry out their own due diligence. We are sorry that on this occasion you feel your expectations were not met. We do hope that you are now settled and happy in your new home and have resolved any issues relating to your concerns with the home report, with the surveying firm. Best Wishes, Stacy
