GoogleOne of the Savills staff turned up at my Flat door today - on Sunday afternoon, took some photos of my front door, saying he is to do with the Fire Detectors in the flats, although I didn't hear him knocking at other my neighbours doors, but he knocked at my front door. He had a badge on his T-Shirt of SAVILLS.! I'm NOT HAPPY about it AT ALL. I didn't know that Savills Estate Agency Dealing with the Fire Detectors?!

Hi Larissa, as we explained when you called the Reigate office, please report this to the police. Savills do not conduct unannounced inspections on properties. It's always best to ask for formal identification which all our staff will be able to provide. If we can help you or the police further you have only to ask.

GoogleWe had been looking for the right home for nearly 18 months, Frances was fantastic throughout this process, she was always helpful and showed us many properties. She was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble.
When we eventually found a house we both loved she was instrumental in negotiating the deal and worked closely with us and the seller to make the deal happen. Without her help and resolve the deal would not have happened.
We have now moved into our house, we love it. Frances you will never really understand how grateful we are to you in making this happen.
