Parsons & Co Reepham reviews

Michelle was the very model of a traditional Estate Agent. Attentive, keeping close contact, supplying requested information and most importantly providing that valuable accessable link between buyer and seller. I hope I never have to sell my house but if I had to, my first call would be to Michelle.

We must just say a big thanks to Sandra for her excellent customer service whilst finding a new tenant. The whole package was a professional and pleasant experience and we would rate Parsons to be one of the top Estate agents in the area. Highly rated thankyou.

Having just completed sale on my property i would like to thank Parsons and in particular Michelle for all her work with the sale. Nothing was too much trouble and I was always kept up to date with all proceedings in a quick and efficient manner. Michelle quickly chased up any queries we had with both sets of solicitors which made for a trouble free transaction. Would have no hesitation in recommending Parsons Estate Agents.

From the first meeting we had with Parsons about selling or renting our house we have received expert and professional advice that has been first class. Their local knowledge is very good and having decided to go along the rental route they have been great in communicating progress and updating us on any developments. Every member of the Parsons team has been polite and efficient and it’s been a joy for us to deal with them. Having successfully rented our house for us in an excellent way, we have such confidence in their lettings department that we’ve appointed them to manage our property as well. We have no hesitation in giving them a 5 start review because every aspect of their service to us has been exactly that. Well done everyone and grateful thanks to you all at Parsons!

We have been looking for the right property for over 18months and have been dealing with Michelle at Parsons & Co all this time. Finally, she came up trumps and the property fitted all our requirements. We fell in love with it the first time we saw it and she has gone above and beyond in finalising the sale for us, in keeping us up to date all the way in dealing with our mortgage company, solicitors and the seller. She is a real star as are all the staff, they are very friendly, efficient and extremely helpful we highly recommend them, shame we cannot give you more stars!!! Well done and every success for the future, keep up the good work.

Parsons in Reepham have been unbelievable in managing the buying process for me, with a special shout out to Michelle Arthurton who was flawless from start to finish. Michelle was constantly on top of everything and managed both sides superbly well. I cannot recommend this estate agency enough, exceeded expectation and didn't put the pen down until completion. Will be using only this estate agent going forward!

What a pleasure to deal with parsons and co .... Moving house can be stressful but not with parsons!!! An absolute breeze from start to finish. A special mention to Michelle, such a lovely lady, always happy to offer advice and support and again and absolute pleasure to deal with. Best estate agents around, would highly recommend.

Would give more stars if they were available! We purchased through Parsons and from the outset Michelle was amazing. We had a few hurdles at the end, Michelle was always available and went out of her way to help smooth the transaction to a positive conclusion! Cannot recommend Michelle and Parsons enough. She is a credit to the company.

As far as my husband and I are concerned, we have nothing but praise for the service we received from Parsons when recently we sold a property. We have used Parsons as our letting agents and bought and sold properties using their services and have nothing but praise for them. Parsons are, without doubt, the most efficient estate agents and we have no hesitation in recommending them. An absolute pleasure doing business with them.

5 STARS, IF I COULD GIVE MORE THEN I WOULD. BRILLIANT FROM START TO FINISH, CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH. MICHELLE AND SANDRA WERE SUPERB, ALWAYS KEPT US UPDATED, ALWAYS RETURNED PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN ESTATE AGENT, THEN YOU DON'T NEED TO LOOK ANY FURTHER.

I can’t speak highly enough about the service I received , from Michelle in particular. She was always helpful and supportive, liaising with buyers and solicitors, keeping me updated at all times, sometimes even in her own time. She made the whole process so much more bearable and Im so glad I chose Parsons.

Having moved four times with Parsons, we have always been more than happy with the service provided, but this time they went beyond the call of duty and provided a first class service in a stressful sale. Michelle provided her normal excellent expertise, and was ably supported by Sandra when she was out of the office. I would highly recommend this company.
