This estate agent is the worst’s people i have ever dealt with well the one person really a woman called Lorraine beard and the maintenance man is called Lee Adam’s. I have a friend in one of there homes and not once has she or he came out to fix the problems linking roof,damp problems, the Electrical's in this house needs changing 1000% not up to regs

I’ve just completed on a flat purchase as a first time buyer. Redwood were really honest, friendly and helpful from the start. I needed a quick purchase due to mortgage offer expiration and they were always happy to help move things along as much as they could. Any queries were quickly answered and they communicated with the seller in order to pass information both ways. Communication was always really friendly and you could tell the girls were genuinely happy to be helping a local first time buyer to complete their purchase. Excellent professional, friendly and approachable buisness. We rented a property that Redwood was managing for over two years, we found them extremely helpful, the communication was fantastic and all staff friendly and approachable. We was informed by Redwood that the owner was intending on selling the property after just over two years of us living in our property. We decided to request information about the sale and then put an offer in to the owners which Redwood kindly supported. We was fortunate enough to be in the position and the owner excepted our offer. We bought our property through Redwood Estate Agents, having sold a property in Plymouth previously. From the very first contact, nothing was too much trouble. We viewed the property twice, at times convenient to us. Once our offer was accepted, the team at Redwood were extremely supportive, chasing solicitors on our behalf, and updating us on the progress of our purchase. A super friendly team, whom I felt at ease with instantly upon my initial valuation. After 3 valuations, I chose Redwoods based on their customer facing service & clear market knowledge. I received a professional & prompt service from start to finish with no regrets of my choice of agent. Amazing. Redwoods stayed in contact with me & updated me at all times.
