Andrew and the team have been amazing. The property we had up for sale with Parks was in Bristol but we live in Doncaster. Andrew met us there for initial valuation etc but to save us doing a 6 hour round trip did everything for us when the house went onto the market. He did the viewings, checked that the house was ok regularly, gave us a house Clearence contact and read the meters for the final readings. Thanks so much, a very professional company and would definitely recommend Parks Estate Agents.

Parks were so wise and helpful around getting me to prioritise what needed doing to make my house more appealing to prospective buyers and what wasn't necessary. The staff were so friendly and patient particularly Amelia and Steve. They were also brilliant when my first buyer pulled out and were very quick to find a new person for me. My only complaint was that sometimes I couldn't get through to people on the busy phone lines and things got a bit long and convoluted around negotiations with my final buyer but that was probably more to do with having too many middle men and women and indicative of using estate agents and solicitors! Anyway over all I was pleased.

Honestly couldn't recommend these guys enough. Sold our house with them last year - low fees, impeccable service, great local market knowledge, beautiful photos, always contactable and got us an offer way over asking. But that's not all. A year later, they're STILL providing a great service and are dropping round a parcel I mistakenly ordered to our old address. Genuine relationship-builders. Wouldn't use anyone else in Bristol.

From the initial valuation to completion, Parks were always professional and the whole team were on hand to answer any questions I had. They were friendly and approachable and always communicated readily; I could always get hold of someone to talk to and my calls and emails were returned within minutes. I would definitely recommend them - their expert and local knowledge put me at ease with the daunting task of selling a house; if only there were more estate agents like Parks around!

I used Parks to let a flat I own. The flat is very lettable so I've never bothered with an agent before. The only reason I decided to this time is because I was very busy with work and it was one less thing to deal with.I'm glad I did, as they made the process very simple and had found a tenant that met my exacting criteria within a week. Within a fortnight the tenant was moved in and I had all the paperwork taken care of and the deposit sorted without having to lift a finger.Faultless service and at half the price of the other agents I had considered. Will be using them next time I need a new tenant (though I hope that won't be for a while!).
