Dear DT, I am deeply sorry that previous members of staff showed laxk of customer service and professionalism. We understand the value of customers and community. I can assure you since 2015 we have made many radical changes to our business and operating structure, i would kindly ask for you to get in touch with us so that we can register you as a client and build the relationship that was lost previously...we have properties for sale and for lettings at the moment. Please do not hesitate to call us to hopefully rekindle our business dealings with yourself and source for you a suitable property, if you are still in the market. Kind regards Xchange.

Dear Sir, I note from your records on our system that you were introduced as a tenant to a Landlord in 2014. Xchange did not collect your rent or manage your property. Nevertheless I would be interested to hear from you. Please contact Abid at Xchange to discuss the issues you faced.
