GoogleNot the place to come if you want quick transaction. I have several properties on rental. Vibrant contacted me to list one of my properties, they asked for pics and details by e-mail. Never heard a thing? They didn't respond to email or confirmed listing or even opened the pics on whatsapp until I advised Property was taken. Another estate agent found a professional tenant in 2 days - I was happy to pay 2 weeks rent of £700 fees to the other estate agent and will using them for future properties as they become available.
UPDATE TO REPLY FROM MANAGER BELOW:
I am a genuine landlord and yes I used to own a Property Letting company which I sold, which leaves me using local estate agents to let my properties when they become available, its simple I send out the details and video of property to several estate agents (including you) at the same time, the going rate at the time was 2 weeks rent (£700) the next day I receive acknowledgements from all the agents (except Vibrant) I also see that the video was opened by all agents (except Vibrant) , its now whoever gets a tenant that I will pay £700 to, you sent no acknowledgement or open the video everyone else did, I am not out to discredit you , but you could learn from this , and acknowledge me and open video on whatsapp within 2 days (48 hours) . Then there would be no need to leave a negative review, hope you understand why I only left you neg review out of several estate agents. I am happy that you have in the business for over 20 years and have 2 reviews to show that.

It appears you were in rush of writing a review which only sounds was written with an agenda of maligning our services . You emailed us details on 16th May evening when our office was about to close at 5 pm - you hardly waited 1 full working day for us to revert and next morning you say property has gone ??? Anyone in the industry would appreciate these statistics are too good to be true.
Ofcourse we then realised and it was not surprising to know you were "or" perhaps are still an estate agent in disguise , and the way your email bragged about this property instructions already with many agents it is bizarre that you pick our agency alone to leave a review giving us hardly 8 hours of one day to action your request. Its common sense that within a span of 24 / 36 hours you took property off the market and immediately rushed to write this review which goes to show that if you were a genuine landlord - you would rather be happy to have let the property that quick instead of exaggerating or moaning about our service alone despite your instructions to many other agents prior to us. This is a clear case of conflict of interest the way you have intended to approach us and malign our name.
Luckily we have been in the business since more than two decades and have genuine clients majority of them who are word of mouth references and happy with our services .
RESPONSE TO UPDATE AS ABOVE :
Many thanks for acknowledging you were in the same business as a letting agent , although its bizarre you say that you "sold" a company which was dissolved within few years and with no history of trading successfully - it still managed to attract any buyer even to show an intent to purchase your company without any trails of profitable accounts or any business domain or with zero reviews .
We will reiterate, your urgency of leaving a feedback only to our agency and not leaving "any" positive or negative reviews to other agents throughout your reviewing history does not sync reasons you have justified in your original review and update. Nevertheless, we can reassure you our business since 2 decades thrives more on word of mouth references and we will be happy to serve you again if you give us an opportunity with the same zeal which we value all customers.

It was no any invitation for viewing. Also i find very strange that i called to office phone number and no-one picked up, then lady called me from mobile number. Very unprofessional manners. Regarding no one picking office landline and you calling back from mobile , please be advised we have call hunting features and during busy office hours , it is completely normal for us to call you back from other numbers including mobile. Hence, there is nothing uprofessional mannerism to do so as we use technology to serve our customers . Regarding talking very fast or being polite , if you were unable to understand what we were communicating and would have pointed us , surely we would spoken slow enough for you to understand - let us reassure we pride our selves in our work ethics and being kind / considerate to all our customers .

Many thanks for your thoughts , however it appears you seem to be disappointed losing out an immaculate property to rent and hence your frustration. You not only kept calling us repeatedly from your phone but also were calling us from different phones to book a viewing despite we keeping you updated at every stage of instruction received from our landlord including when landlord called us to cancel viewing last minute. Your desperation was also reflected in your several calls which unfortunately doesn't influence landlord's situation. There were other tenants also who were interested but they understood how it works and ofcourse when a property is withdrawn from market its not only tenant's loss but a loss of business for estate agents as well hence it does not defy your logic for not trusting an agent for us being transparent to you about the whole situation as it is. We invite you to our office for a face to face meeting with landlords who will be happy to justify our honest actions which was not deliberate from our end as we were merely acting on behalf of landlords. You can yourself double check with landlords about the reasons we cited about guests at landlord's, or landlords changing their mind to take their property off the market . On a side note, we have observed you are too judgmental to leave negative reviews for as many as business as you can - it would help if you observe calmness and rethink from other people's / business perspective who are only being honestly transparent and are there to serve clients.
