Dino and team are the best, I was new to the UK and spoke to many realtors for renting a property, it was taking a lot of time setting up viewing and providing a lot of documents. Dino was the only one who offered a viewing on Sunday and we made our decision on the spot. He took only two days to get everything cleaned up and handed over the keys. I had a couple of issues after moving in, but they got that resolved very quickly. Highly recommending Twenty20 Estates if you're looking for a rental home.

I had Gas record issue and Dino sorted out the matter very quickly and provided very comprehensive Letting & Management Inventory report with the presence of all the parties same time (Agency (Dino), myself and tenants) for true likeness and transparency which I strongly believe that is crucial for any landlord. Unprofessional Agency ! They will deduct your money from the Deposit without providing Inspection Report. They will put on unnecessary cleaning charges of £150 when you leave the property. When you will ping or chase for justification, no reply from Dino or anyone. My Actual Living Landlord in the property has no concerns with anything, very friendly and good nature people but C/O Twenty 20 Estates is doing scam. Be alert be safe !
