Absolutely disgusting service. They have no idea how to treat clients. Wasted my time throughout the whole process which even meant that I missed out on another flat what waiting for Redbridge property to deliver on false promises. I had to chase constantly and calls never returned which should have been a warning as to them being such a dubious company. Do not believe their very flashy website! It's all false from the promises to the testimonials.
Stay clear of this firm at all costs as they are not a professional organisation at all!!
Checked out their companies house report and no surprise to see company dissolved a few months ago and opened again 1 day later with different directors but same people. It's a sham!!
Do not go near these people at all costs!!

we just follow the landlord demand in your case where you didn't meet the landlord standard criteria. Landlord was not agree to give you the property due to you was not fill any criteria/standard requirements of the landlord. even you could not able to provide the minimum requirement which is your ID with picture (Passport/Driving Licence) .

TrustpilotScam company - avoid at all costs
Scammers. Waste of time dealing with them. If they are involved in property dealing, avoid. Accepted an offer on a property and few hours later asked for an increased offer. Matched the offer again and then being told that property offered to someone else. No professionalism and best to avoid them so that you save your time, energy and money.
