I can’t thank Mr Ali enough for the opportunity given and the help, support and kindness shown whilst organising the tenancy for my son and his friend’s first home. He was in continual contact with me throughout the process and responded to all messages and calls promptly. My son moved in yesterday and Mr Ali is still supporting us with any issues that need resolving, utility provider, contact numbers, anything we need. Mr Babar and Miss Zainab were so lovely to us when they signed the contracts and took part in our joy with mum (me) taking photos of every stage :-)

I had a proper shocking experience with this agency. Communication was rubbish, and the whole process felt unprofessional from start to finish. After we agreed a date to sign the agreement, they stuck the property back up on another site, total waste of our time and it caused a lot of stress. To top it off, they actually tried to justify it, like it was no big deal. Honestly, the office staff haven’t got a clue about customer service. When problems came up with the landlord, the agency didn’t take responsibility or handle it properly. Overall, the way they dealt with our application and negotiations felt unfair and badly managed. What upset me most was the landlord repeatedly making discriminatory comments about Bangladeshi people, including saying he “can’t trust” Bangladeshis because of past experiences. I found that absolutely bang out of order and disgusting. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone. My bad, had to give at least one star.

Disgusting agency, went to see a property after arranging viewing. The agency called me after I arrived at the property to tell me that the tenants are bad people so the viewing couldn't be made as they are not going to let me in. Tried to ring the tenants as I was in front of their door multiple times until they opened and they said they didn't know about the viewing. Called the agency again and they said that the tenants were lying and when I started to tell then that this service was very poor, they hanged up on me. Stay away from this scammers !!!

WORST AGENCY EVER!!!! We have booked a viewing with them, arrived at the house and the agent told us the people inside were packing and we wouldn’t be able to go inside to see the house (after a 50 mins drive to this house). We knocked the door and spoke with the people that were living in the house and they had NO IDEA of this agency or that there was a viewing booked. When we questioned the agent, his response was “the people in the house are lying” You should close down before you waste any more people’s time!!!! THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ESTATE AGENCY !!!!

The worst experience ever had! They gave me an appointment to see a house and when I arrived, 45 minutes drive later, nobody was there. I rang the agent and he asked me to wait 5 more minutes. After that I rang him again and he said me "the viewing is cancelled" and cut off.
