In some cases, this agency charges a 1% fee to the buyer, ensure you clarify this with them before proceeding with your offer. Unfortunately for use we hadn’t confirmed this which ruined the deal.

We tried to accommodate you still by negotiating a lower buying fee but it is indeed unfortunate that the deal fell through. We hope to work with you in the future!

Thank you to the Property Masterz for the excellent service they provided for us in our recent house sale. Our sale encountered a few problems but Jawad’s team overcame them all for us and our sale eventually was formalised. Our experience of their staff was that they were professional, diligent, helpful, supportive, offering sound advice when needed and generally were so nice to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend or re-use Property Masterz Estate agents again should the need arise.
