Not even worth 1 star- Highly Unprofessional Experience with Kellerstone Property and Agent Pravez Patel ⭐️☆☆☆☆ Our encounter with Kellerstone Property, specifically their agent Pravez Patel, has been utterly disappointing. Entrusting them to manage our property was a grave mistake due to their extreme unprofessionalism. Communication was a nightmare from the outset. Emails were ignored, and Pravez Patel's erratic calling pattern was frustrating and inconsiderate. Contract documents arrived late, often with incorrect dates, casting doubt on their attention to detail and commitment. Rent payments were consistently delayed, despite evidence from the tenant that they had paid on time to Kellerstone Property. When we challenged Pravez Patel, he failed to provide any supporting documentation, leaving us questioning his integrity. Worse still, we discovered our property had been partitioned and sublet without consent, reflecting their lack of transparency and respect for our property rights. Kellerstone Property and Pravez Patel wasted our time, caused immense stress, and displayed a level of unprofessionalism that no client should endure. For both landlords and tenants, I strongly advise seeking alternatives. This company's actions speak volumes about their unreliability and inability to fulfill their responsibilities. Spare yourself the trouble, they are a complete letdown.

Arvinder was very responsive and whenever there was an unavoidable change in circumstance, he kept me informed and stick to his commitments. It was a smooth transaction. Edit: Things seems to have changed after Mr.Arvinder left the position. I have been trying to reach Mr.Pervez for months now regarding my deposit refund. But he seems to have disappeared and neither replying mails or calls.

Agent Mr. Parvez Patel is Fraudster and very irresponsible individual. For the property I rented out in Gants hill after the tenancy completed I had to chase up for almost 2 months to get my security deposit back. First of all the advance was not put in TDS. secondly unnecessary charges were deducted on the advance like paint and stuff even though the house was not painted when originally taken possession. Also charged extra amount for cleaning even after I did with a certified professional cleaners. Parking charge was paid as part of the rent but even after following up for so many times never provided us with the parking gate hob. No matter how many times you call it goes to unreachable and he calls only he when wants to. For most of these happenings are not communicated to the owner. Even after roping in the owner he still responds saying will get back and starts acting the same way. Note: Check the previous 5 stars and they are all from Parvez and his friends I guess. I can promise you will regret any dealings with this fraudulent "company". They were made to shut down last year for fraud (main one, parvez patel). I was told by the redress scheme to report them to trading standards, which I did and now they're running the business in a females name. They did fraud on me, and many others by reading other reviews. Landlords and tenants please look elsewhere and keep any dealings with them in writing

I have used Parvez Patels services for several years and all was going smoothly until last month. He failed to pay me rent due to me in March 2024 and he has vanished. He is not answering calls and has stopped replying to emails. I attended his office but it is now closed. I am devastated that he has stolen a months rent and I am not the only person he has done it to. I will be in touch with the police and seek legal advice. Shocking to see how someone you trust can be so deceptive. Avoid his services at all costs.

This letting agent has managed my property for over 5yrs with mostly good service but recently has suspiciously dissappeared which seems to be a fraud before he closes his company down leaving landlords and tenants in a mess. He hasnt paid last month's rent and the deposit details in the contract seem to be incorrect as well which makes things even more suspicious about his personal & professional conduct. I'm raising a claim with Client Money Protect scheme starting with a police complaint for financial compensation of rental income and deposit loss. If any other landlords or tenants are impacted by the same situatuon please feel free to contact me so we can join hands and get him prosecuted.

Bunch of Scammers and jokers!! With less than 24 hours notice before moving in the apartment they let us know that “due to ongoing works in the apartment” we couldn’t move in. We never saw this works, the apartment was in horrible conditions, dirty and mould everywhere. They basically left us on the street without even refunding the full deposit.
