Dear Annoymous A,
Please note that we have been trading for over 15 years. We always aim to behave in the correct & most professional manner - this is reflective in our previous reviews.
As a member of ICO, we take client data protection very seriously. We feel it is extremely unfair to give our clients a false interpretation of our business.
Generally, individuals that tend to experience a breach in privacy or bugged houses, involve the police or local authority to take action.
We also find it particularly strange that you are posting an anonymous review where you initially mention that you are a tenant, but then issue a warning to landlords.
There is no clarity in your words & we are treating this as a bogus review.
We would also like to request you to kindly refrain from posting such reviews in future.
If you do have any genuine concerns, please aim to contact us directly & we will do our best to resolve them, professionally.
Please note that your information & identity is always protected & is not at risk of being exposed.
Regards,
Aston Estates

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
