GoogleI had a very poor experience with this agency. They consistently look for excuses to withhold deposits, using a third-party inventory company that appears to collaborate with them. This company fails to document pre-existing property issues during check-in, only to list those same faults as the tenant's responsibility during check-out. This seems to be a deliberate tactic to justify unfair deposit deductions.

GoogleVery poor agency. always try to find excuse not to return your deposit. They have their own collaborator as inventory company. That company never point out the faults of the properties in their check-in inventory. But make those fault of tenant's responsibility at check-out inventory. So, that agency can deduct your deposit.

GoogleVery bad service they trying to be sweet in the first place and shows everything is nice but they are actually horrible.pls try to see and read the contract pls they put you on 2 month notice when to try to leave the property but every where is 1 month you can give notice and leave the property and.and they says that we transfer the deposit in 8 to 10 days but actual they takes 15 days coz 5 days another landlords takes to transfer and you got stuck with them and they deduct you deposit as well cos when you tell them I will leave on that day they co sidereal you 2 months plus that specific day as well so guys pls talk with them first I. Details read the contract check all inside and they you can take the house on rent otherwise they try to be nice every time and ask you to do everything.

GoogleThe worst management company I've encountered. They have an auto reply email from 2020 still "due to the pandemic". Super rude on the phones despite the fact that you are paying them to do their jobs properly. Services invoiced for but not fulfilled for what they're meant to do.

GoogleIf you want to struggle then go to AIG they transfer your deposit very late and very strict in policy one day your rent is late they don’t care no mercy in lock down I was struggling to pay they told me contact UC if you need . but we do nothing about. Pls totally scammers

GoogleI wish I can give them zero star, I will never ever recommend anyone to rent any property from them. Absolutely rubbish and full of dump properties which they keep promising to sort out but never fulfil. I moved out as we were getting infections consistently. Tried over best to solve the issue but there were no response from them.

GoogleAvoid - if I could, I would give it 0 stars ⭐️ - they struggle a lot when it comes to returning deposits, but if you're one day late with payments, they call and send emails. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS
