This is hands down the BEST LETTINGS AGENCY you will come across in Reading. I rented from them for 2 years, and they’ve always been so quick with any issues raised and were always LITERALLY just a call away. A special shout out goes to Daniel at Reading Lettings, who has been exceptional. He was always my go-to person at the office because he was always SUPER understanding and fast and would ensure all queries or issues raised were consulted with all housemates, and a unanimous decision was made. This is not just me complimenting his abilities, but another tenant who used to live with us also told me to reach out to Daniel for any issues, as she too trusted him completely! This guy honestly deserves a raise. Thank you Daniel, for not just helping me find a room, but for also maintaining flawless communication between the tenants and the landlord, you are a huge asset to reading lettings! ✨ I have dealt with a few horrible lettings agencies in Reading, which impacted my mental health, so it was a gamble when I got in touch with Reading Lettings. I rented a property through Reading Lettings for 10 years, and had an excellent experience. They were always polite, friendly and responsive and dealt with any issues promptly and professionally. The customer service was great, and Daniel in particular was always happy to go out of his way to help answer questions and resolve any queries. I was a tenant for the last 3 years of a property manged by Reading Lettings. I have had an amazing experience dealing with them. They have always been very prompt in resolving any kinds of issues in relation to property. I checked out from my flat this week as I had to move out of UK and in general I had heard the check-out process is a bit stressful, but Reading Lettings were extremely professional and swiftly refunded my deposit money within a day! Just moved into an 8 bed house by the uni and found it in a horrible state dirty, moldy, broken fittings, missing stuff etc was not informed by the property manager prior to arriving which was a 3+ hour drive for me and a few others only told by the first person to get there. We have been told they will do a "deep clean" on Monday 2 days after we moved in some of us have to stay the night in this house and we are not at all pleased about it

A property management company is only as good as the people they have working for them and in this case Daniel and Sharon are valuable assets !! Nothing was too much trouble from the onset for Daniel including liasing with the landlord to meet all our requests. He was extremely efficient when getting the contracts arranged in a limited time frame alongside Sharon who phoned regularly to ensure the smooth running of the whole process.The whole experience was far less stressful owing to them and I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Our experience of Reading Lettings was great, and from the first time we met Daniel we were impressed with his down to earth and friendly attitude. He got a great rapport with us and made the whole process very easy, and took us to view a similar property which he suggested from our description of what we were looking for. Been living in Reading for three years and each year I have had a problem with my landlords and estate agents. However this year I have been with Reading Lettings and have been so happy with the service I have received. They are very flexible and have very kind employees who are helpful and prompt when dealing with any issues. Great service! Has some great properties! They are also our landlord and aren't in the business to rip people off. They genuinely want us to be happy in the house. The house is great but whenever there are small problems they come round right away to sort it out and they fix things to a good quality. Had a really happy two years in my house and never had any problems with the landlord or lettings agency. Would highly recommend!!

I can't fault the service we've received from Reading Lettings. We have rented from them for just over a year now and the house is everything we needed! If there are any maintenance issues, they are resolved the same day and with little disruption!
