I enquired about a house and have been added illegally to a mailing list. I complained and asked to be removed twice, was told they never added me (though the emails added me 1 day after my 1 ever enquiry to this company) and they have yet to remove me. Companies like this should not be trusted, they are taking your data and will spam you !

GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Lochlann Geater to determine what we needed to do to meet regulations for renting then being so helpful to find the right tenants. He was always helpful and responded quickly.Living in Botswana so far away from the UK we have peace of mind that our property is being looked after. Highly recommended and if you get Lochlann to help you it’s a bonus!

It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

GoogleOccasionally slow to fix things, however, we were never charged for replacements and everything we requested was resolved. Harj in particular was warm, friendly and helpful. Overall a positive experience and I would rent with them again.

No interest in trying to listen, talks over you and doesn’t give any info about property - sadly with current housing market the estate agencies can afford to be disgusting and behave unprofessional and get away with it. I registered to view a property as soon as it came up and they never answered. When I rang them they fobbed me off as some second class person. They did not bother taking my details for any other properties. To me they are unprofessional.

We had an unpleasant experience with our local Hunters and now these pests from head office are repeatedly sending us letters urging us to let them take care of our unsold property. We wouldn't use them if they were the last estate agent in the country.

GoogleI've just rented a studio flat with Hunters, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and efficient the whole process was. I would definitely recommend them as they made the whole moving process stress free. Some estate agents could learn a few things from them in terms of customer service and efficiency. Poor experience for the 2nd time!!!I will never recommend or use this agent. Seems crooked, says one thing and does another.We found that they played us off against another buyer because 'Alan' was a friend of a family, rung very true when it all came out. Shame on people who are in jobs which deal with peoples livelihoods.

Poor experience, saw a house, rang up the same day it had been listed, told me I was the only person interested and that I could view it Saturday afternoon! 9am next morning he said it had sold wouldn’t let me view!! A lot of lies and mis- guidance!! Poor customer service. Not a good agent at all!!

Very unprofessional company and incompetent manager by the name Maryam. Avoid this company. Will certainly not be recommending this company to anyone, if anything, making sure people avoid this company at all costs.
