Shahzad and the team at Hamilton Fletcher provide an exceptional service. From start to finish, they have made the transition to a new tenancy smooth and stress free! The team are always happy to help and are so friendly and personable whilst maintaining high levels of professional each step of the way. I challenge you to find more down to earth, efficient and knowledgeable experts in their field - I would 100% recommend them for all your tenancy needs!

I had a great experience with Hamilton Fletcher Estate Agents and was especially impressed with Shahzad who guided us through the process. As second-year students, my housemates and I were familiar with the process, but Shahzad was very transparent and helpful which made it a pleasant experience. I will definitely write another review after my tenancy is up to give a more in-depth rundown of my experience. Highly recommend!

Great service! They are super nice, they get back to you as soon as they can, they will probably do their best to help you with what you need. Unfortunatelly I wasn't the first to get the property I saw, but they deserve the review for all the assistance. Hermoine was lovely and such a great help

My friends and I recently had a tour of a property with Hermoine who was excellent. Although my friends and I did not end up choosing the property, Hermoine was great during the viewing and afterwards as she kept in contact to see how we felt about the property and whether we did want to rent it.

Absolutely appaling estate agents for student renters. Did not prioritise the wellbeing of tenants as they left me with a broken radiator throughout the winter, did not make any effort to remove mould from bathrooms or bedrooms that was present before the start of the tenancy, and let us live with a rodent-infested kitchen for over 6 months which was never properly sorted. They work with landlords who will paint over mould instead of removing it and a carbon monoxide alarm was not fitted in the bathroom where the boiler is situated until months into the tenancy. Overall terrible experience.
