YellRUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN!!!
Deplorable. Gaslighters.Zero ethics working with landlords to steal young vulnerable people’s money.The university should be sending out a RED WARNING to these scammers.They will try to take your entire student house deposit!They will tell you a leak in the roof is condensation, and only fix it when you threaten to go to the council!They will claim your deposit based on pre-existing issues in the house!They will try to take advantage of you if you are a student, and the lovely Donna will take weeks to reply to a single email regarding your deposit. Tried to take £1400 from us and failed!!!!Nightmare. RUN!!!!

GoogleNever use this estate agent ever if you want sanity. Takes months on end to give you even a small update about a deposit and even then I had to ask them 5 times before I got an update whereas other student estate agents I know take a couple weeks to give you a deposit back and I know this from my peers. They deduct money for some of the dumbest reasons which had me questioning their intellect as per one thing me and my fellow tenants were told which was "this is your responsibility, even tho the landlord organised it to be removed" so basically they are saying its our fault the landlord didn't do what he was meant to do and what he said he would do (think I lost brain cells when I first read it). I could probably get more communication out of a brick wall than these people and they have provided the worst renting experience I have ever had and I couldn't be happier that I no longer have to deal with these money hungry, neglectful people :)

YellTerrible estates agents, avoid using this company AT ALL COSTS
I have had numerous issues since renting a property under Adams Estates and their staff have been extremely unhelpful every single time. It was impossible to get them to reply to me when I tried to contact them about issues and they kept dragging out the problem instead of trying to resolve it, specifically I was contacting them every week for nearly 4 months to get them to investigate why I paid two security deposits during my tenancy when it turned out it was actually the responsibility of my fellow tenant or their guarantor to pay the second fee not me. The second major issue I had was when there in-house maintenance team came to tend to the garden and ended up badly scratching the drivers door of my car. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions , the company claimed clearly a third party had deliberately scratched my car as an act of foul play. This denial of responsibility is hardly the actions of a company supposed to be representing their tenants

GoogleAdams estate under the guise of student holmes. Avoid this agent at any cost. They poorly maintain the property and detect huge amounts of deposits at the end of the tenancy even it’s the issue was pre existing. When tenants complain about any issues with the property they scare them with the inspection and blame the tenants. Mouldy and uninhabitable property only available to rent with them. As previous tenant I advise anyone to Avoid this agent at any cost. They have more complaints from other tenants therefore adams estate remove their google business account. Avoid.

Hello Madeleine, I recall your visit to the office, as mentioned your property maintenance is managed soley by your landlord and he does not allow us to send in our technicians to complete repairs. I shall talk to the landlord and advise them to ensure they are prompt in attending in the future.
