GoogleGoogle wouldnt allow me to do two seperate reviews so here goes!! Thomas has honestly been incredible. From the moment we met him we loved his passion for his role and making sure our home was presented perfectly to any potential clients. He kept us up to date weekly with progress and was quick to instruct parties relevant to ensure the process was smooth. We came across some obstacles however Thomas remained upbeat, ready to take on the next potential buyer.
Subsequently, Thomas also facilitated a viewing for us to see what is now our beautiful home and that process was extremely smooth!! Kelly who heads the lettings side of Essex Guild was extremely patient in working with our circumstances, she explained everything out simply but with compassion and understanding, and facilitated a quick move date! Working closely with the Landlord is something all agents do, but no one can match how incredible Kelly has been, even with the simple stuff! We couldn’t be more grateful for our beautiful home, and for all the hard work you both put in daily!

GoogleKelly Ivory, head of Essex Guild Block Management, agreed to put herself forward as a Tribunal Appointed Manager. The four leaseholders in the building were also the four freeholders. The building had fallen into disrepair due to all works being blocked and/or delayed by two residents. Kelly has, in a mere two months, organised a proper accounting system with banking, a survey, a schedule of works, instructed a building company, and brought the building up to all regulatory fire safety etc.
The scaffolding starts in 3 weeks... Hoorah - at last.

GoogleMy property had been on the market for 3 months with a corporate agent with no joy. I saw a property listed with Essex Guild Homes that I wanted to buy and so decided to give Thomas and the team a go at selling mine.
What a difference! Thomas took amazing photos of my property and was friendly and helpful throughout. My property was sold in TWO WEEKS! I was over the moon and Thomas did some excellent negotiating so that I got the deal I wanted, both for the sale and for my purchase. Good traditional estate agency at it's finest but with the modern twist of an imposing online presence. So happy, thanks Thomas - I would definitely recommend you to anyone who actually wants to get moving!

YellLet down by letting agent
Very combative and unhelpful letting agent. They threatened eviction despite not being in breach of contract, and then demanded £500 from my deposit for "cleaning" despite no evidence being provided, in breach of the law around tenancy deposits (can only be used for breakages). Tried to settle fairly and amicably but rejected. Tried to meet face to face to discuss amicably to reach a resolution but rejected. Exceptionally poor service, very disappointed. Had recommended a property to a friend but have now warned them off.
