GoogleWe viewed a few properties with Hannah at Gascoines in July. We took a gamble on one in particular, above what we thought was in or priceing. She was very helpful and let us just look and reflect. Once we agreed to purchase Hannah was very supportive, left us alone when needed, and ‘prompted ‘in the right places.
We were kept informed all throughout the purchase and Gascoines liaised regularly with our solicitors and our purchasers estate agents as well.
It was down to the wire on the moving day, but we were kept informed and once keys handed over, we were given a really nice and useful pack.
All in all, we’d definitely recommend Gascoines as an estate agent.
