GoogleWe’ve been living in our property now for just over a month and have had such a positive experience with this company! I emailed about 2 different issues in the last month and received responses within hours from the team. The process of actually applying and getting the keys was incredibly smooth and was complete in just a few days. This is my 4th time renting now and this is easily the best experience I’ve had this far!

GoogleI emailed the estate agent to ask when a property was available for renting, got an email to request that all tenants needed to fill in an application form, which i responded was fine but i still don't know when the property is available from. I asked again. I got an email back saying its available when they find the right tennant! Extremely rude and avoidant of answering the question! . I still unclear why answering that question is so difficult Joanne Borg? It just a normal question to ask as not included on the add on Righmove and says ask the the agent. I think i will refrain from using this agent in future.

GoogleIt's first time I have used this estate agents when looking at renting privately and I am very impressed. They kept me updated, are very knowledgeable and put me at ease, when I was panicking at one point. They answered all my questions effectively, quickly and in plain english. Their fees they charge are easy to understand and reasonable. I found them to be very helpful and I would totally recommend them. The only part I do not like, is that they use Tenant Shop. (Never heard of this company.) I am still waiting to hear from Tenant Shop by email (because I am deaf) to have utilities in my name. If you are quick like me to sort this kind of stuff out, then you will find Tenant Shop useless. I would have contacted the appropriate people (utilities) myself by now and so I feel very uneasy waiting any longer. If I don't hear from Tenant Shop by 5th October, I am doing it all myself.

GoogleDon't get back to you about questions, applied for property local in tuxford offered 3 months rent upfront and bond got told no for the property tried again when it got reduced rent got told no again feel discriminated against as I classed as disabled
