The best estate agent and service by far! I have dealt with multiple agents in the past when making enquiries and purchasing properties but cannot recommend Abbey Homes enough and with no hesitation. I wish to stress my full confidence to anyone looking to purchase a house that you will be looked after well by Abbey Homes, exceeding your expectations! Shakeel has gone above and beyond, from the first day we made an enquiry to view the property until completion which took almost a year due to probate paperwork delays. Shakeel was flexible and worked around our times and responded to any enquiries even outside of working hours and whilst he was on holiday too. He provides excellent customer service and is knowledgeable and gives you that care and time. Really pleased with Abbey Homes and am so thankful that we had such an amazing estate agent to assist us through a very long process. Thank you Shakeel for everything.

Shakeel is an exceptional individual who is both kind and polite. He has been of great assistance to us in securing a house. His process is straightforward and transparent, and he takes the time to understand our specific circumstances. Even when changes occurred, he continued to offer his support and placed his trust in us. Thank you

Abbey Homes recently sold my property for me - they were brilliant, professional and accommodating from the outset. Two days after the house went on sale - Abbey Homes had arranged 12 viewings. We had a total of 21 views and 3 offers within a week and a half of the house going on sale. They advised and guided me through the whole process and gave me timely updates on progress. I couldn’t recommend them more highly - they got me exactly the price I wanted and made the whole process stress-free and seamless. If you want your house sold - Abbey Homes is absolutely the right answer. 5 stars all round.Thank you for everything.

I was a private renting tenant of a property managed by Abbey Homes for nearly 6 years. Shak was incredible the whole way through. Firstly securing us the property all those years ago, then managing it without fault throughout, and to top it off made the exit process just as easy. Only wish (and hope) to one do business with again in the future! Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have been working with Shakeel at Abbey Estate Agents for a couple of years (since 2015) while he helped us purchase and ever since also fully manage our rental property. He has always been professional, efficient, approachable and easy to reach and deal with. He is genuinely a very helpful person and a pleasure to interact with. I know I can trust him for getting things done with ideal outcome while well communicating throughout the process. I always feel there us is a personal touch. We have had such a positive experience that we trusted him to manage another of our rental property as well in 2018. Both from tenant finding through all dealings. He is very proactive and informative, and also has a bunch of handy contacts also. I truly recommend Shakeel and Abbey for your property needs. I certainly will.

They are the worst Estate agents on the planet please avoid this terrible place. Shak is a very ignorant and arrogant person I have ever come across if you want to rent a property with no paper work given go there. They are useless.

Shak was really on the ball and helped a great deal. He was calling the solicitor for me to get things moving and gave really good advice. I would highly recommend him, he is always available on the phone, so don’t worry if you see the office closed don’t let that put you off as you can always get in touch by phone to Shak and he will sort your quire out straight away for you. Top agent.

Great agency

Great professionals. My partner and me have been in a rush to find a place and move in the last week, and Shakeel has been a tremendous help. He worked over time to make the move and has been easy to reach every day. We couldn't be happier with the Service offered. In 4 days, everything was arranged and we are now very happy in our new place. I would reccomend Abbey Estate Agents to anyone.

Great and smooth experience, Lived with them for almost 3 years, never once they delayed to respond to any issues, even when the issues were minor. They send someone to fix the issue the same day or the next. Agents always prioritised, what I as a tenant expected. Even my exit was smooth, because of them. Special thanks to brother Shakeel.

Letting my property.

Been using Abbey for a number of years and I must say they are much better than the big names. Abbey offer an unrivalled service at a competitive price and they have always found me decent tenants. The 1 time I did n't use Abbey I ended up with terrible tenants that cost me a lot of money. Will ONLY ever use Abbey now. Thanks Shak.Waheed.

Shakeel helped my family and I in securing a property in Rainham. He coordinated last minute negotiations between us and the seller to facilitate the sale, and has also offered his time and input since completion on any queries we’ve had regarding the house. Shakeel was very helpful and always patient with any issues raised during the process.
