GoogleNot recommended at all for a variety of issues, including a failure to respect and inform interested clients as it should be. Simply put the property online with fictitious images to waste people's time to book and view it. This is how they want to attract purchasers and tenants by demonstrating that they are busy.

I write with regards to the review you have put on Google. I am in the process of responding to Google, though In the meantime I felt it was important to email you to make you aware we have received the review.
It’s disappointing to receive this and not be aware that you have called or emailed to advise you are not happy with the situation. I met with you and your partner on the 30th of March, I explained to you the procedure, that all viewers have the opportunity to go forward and that we would discuss with the landlord and come back to you tomorrow afternoon. Your interest was forwarded to the landlord and unfortunately he decided to go with another applicant. My colleague then contacted you on the 31st March to inform you that unfortunately you hadn’t been successful.
