GoogleThis is the first time I've rented a whole property via an estate agent, but I had a good experience with Patchett. Courtney is the person I spoke to the most and she was very helpful, as was everyone else there. I'm currently one month into living at my new home and have no regrets! Cheers.

GooglePatchett Holmes staff are friendly, polite, helpful, and very professional Julia went above and beyond to help us choose the right place and we absolutely love it. Courney and Lauren kept us informed via emails, text or telephone nothing was too much for them. We would definitely recommend Patchett Holmes to our family and friends

GoogleTerrible company. Had me in a house with a leaking roof and major damp issues for almost 2 years. Lost count of how many times I had to send the same photos of damage because they said they'd pass it on to the landlord and then a few weeks later after not hearing back I'd ring again and they say they can't do anything without photos so the whole process repeated over and over. The landlord finally fixed the roof.... miraculously at the exact same time he deciced he's selling the house. Roxy Broome is rude and combative, just speaks over you with a sarcastic demeanour and doesn't let you finish what you're saying. I Strongly advise that you avoid patchettes at all cost, don't think I can think of a single good thing to say about them. Just see the state of what they left me living in for over a year in the pics below. I ended up loosing clothes furniture and family photos/momentos to the mold and damp. As per patchettes reply. You sent me round and round in circles having me take pictures of the same damage over and over again which you clearly weren't sending to the landlord because he told me personally that you hadn't sent him anything. And to top it all off and add insult to injury you're still trtijg to claim my deposit for things that you know fully well were already damaged when I moved into the house because Julia herself told me she knew of it and that it would be fixed at some point. Another in a long list of lies. Told me the kitchen would be cleaned before I moved into the house, didn't happen it was filthy. Told me the kitchen (which was over 10 years old when I moved in) would be getting replaced, never happened. Told me the bathroom sink that you knew had a crack in it would be replaced, never happened. I highly suggest anyone using this dreadful company photo catalogue absolutely everything in the house. They will try and pull a fast one and attempt to steal your deposit
Hi, this property is owned by an external landlord and not part of the Patchett family portfolio, we are not able to carry out maintenance without authorisation from the landlord. We have explained this a number of times over the phone and emails along with the next steps you needed to take after your tenancy ended earlier this year. Thank you.

GoogleFrom start to finish, all my dealings with Patchett Homes have been friendly and professional. Renting a property while still abroad could have been a challenge but Roxie took everything in her stride ensuring everything was ready for our arrival in the UK. During our tenancy we had a slight leak from a radiator that was dealt quickly and sorted first time. I am happy to recommend them as a great agency to rent from. Thanks Patchetts.

GoogleMoving home is always stressful. But as I was moving back from overseas, it was particularly stressful this time. Roxie and the team at Patchett Homes were amazing. Roxie supported me every step of the way. Kept me up to date, providing all important documents online. So didn't need to be in the country. Roxie took the pain, out of a very stressful time. FacebookLived in a patchett homes 1 bedroom flat for 5 years, the staff are rude and can't handle been told they're wrong, patronising and stuck up know it all employees ESPECIALLY ROXY they will put high prices in for work done on the property not giving any sort of invoices or receipts for work done, when there was next to no work needed doing which aculmilated to a 3rd of the property value, they think it's OK to not communicate with the renter and go straight to the gaurentour, they use women on the phones who are man haters and act really nice but are nasty, would never rent off them again, would be the last place I'd goto

GooglePatchetts are a firm that do give to only working people. Not good. The office staff are all up there own .... .sweet talking . My opinion. Rubbish. Keep away.if your face fits. Fine. Noticed how patchetts have locked the feedback??? Wonder why. They love your rent coming in every month. But ask them to do some work for you You have no chance. New staff in office. Last lady. Was by far the worse man mageager I have been told . So a new lady takes the job. Roxanna brome. Give her a year. . Been told no one lastsi n the office. Patchetts want email. Good idea. No confrontation. They have no interest in the tenants. It's money. I'm putting a Facebook together. Called patchett money page. Keep looking . And I'm trying to find out. If it's a legal to block your feedback!! Odd how there feedback rating goes up. But its blocked. .?????

GoogleVery underhanded tactics by this company and Roxie Broome. Paid a tenancy deposit for a property on a Friday, then on Monday sent some terms and conditions to sign, while being told if i don’t sign i loose the deposit. Failed the vetting due to a discrepancy with a check, and they refuse to refund the deposit. I’m not quite sure how you can bind someone to terms you’ve forced them to sign AFTER taking their money. Very clear it’s just a money making mill as with the usual scummy lettings agent tactics. Became immediately clear on the phone when again, ROXIE BROOME refused to discuss it any further when realising she had messed up and claims her going on annual leave and not sending the terms over is my fault. Stay away, be careful and be very weary of Roxie Broome.
