Having initially bought my home with Micheal Tuck back in 2009 and having a fantastic experience, I decided to use them again to lease my home out. They've just recently helped me to rent my home out. Their attention to detail made the whole process completely stress free and I now have the comfort of knowing my home is in safe and professional hands. I recently purchased my first property through Michael Tuck Estate Agents. I was relocating from across the country which didn't help the situation, but from the start of my journey they have been fantastic! Jimmy Cronshaw was my main contact at the beginning of the process and was really helpful and informative on my viewings and through the offer process. Otis Brown took the reigns following offer through to completion and the experience with both was great! Otis was awesome and the communication was on point. He was quick to relay any questions I had with the vendors and organise a second viewing at short notice and was always upbeat and friendly to work with. Overall my experience was really fantastic and if I decide to sell in the future, I'd be happy to work with them from the other side of the process as well!

Choosing Micheal tucks to sell our house has been such a win for us! Initially we chose them because they were selling the house we were buying to make things easier to manage overall but the gang in the Quedgeley branch instantly made us feel like we made the right choice. 5* <- enough said really I cant fault these guys at all. Ed took us on a tour of a few local properties and was brilliant and answer all questions we had and put us at ease. Buying process of our first property was a great experience due to these guys. Was always kept up to date and Otis made sure of this. He even sort out some issue we had and made sure the whole experience went smooth. Just collected my keys and im so happy honestly. I was really impressed with Otis Brown from the very start. There wasn't the expected approach and focus on sales, he didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, but I gained the impression he was honest. I consider now that electing to have Michael Tuck sell my house was definitely the right choice. Otis went out of his way to help me through the process and I'm not sure that others would have.
