I had a dedicated agent who managed the whole process from assisting with bringing the property up to a lettable standard; to finding suitable tenants, managing the tenancy for nearly 4 years and finally, ensuring a smooth handover for the tenants and myself as the landlord. There was always someone at the end of the phone to talk through any matters. Everyone was very professional, helpful and amenable. Our main contact throughout, was exemplary

GoogleI have had the most positive and professional experience not only selling, but also buying through Oliver Minton and his super dedicated Team. Nothing was too much trouble, Oliver went above and beyond to make sure everything tried to run as smoothly as possible, in the most frustrating circumstances. I cannot thank them all enough. Finally I have the property that I have waited so long for. A very Special Thank You to Sarah Hodson, your prompt action and replies to any problem, was superb. Nothing phased you, you were absolutely Great. It was always a happy experience coming into the Office.

GoogleFrom the first viewing of the property to completion, the team at Oliver Minton were very supportive and communicating well. Messages were promptly replied to. When there was an unexpected issue with the completion date, Linda was very pro-active and brokered a compromise which was acceptable to both parties. I felt that the whole team at Oliver Minton worked very well together and that no matter who I spoke to, my issues were addressed despite all the covid restrictions and working from home mode. GoogleThey do not respond to complaints from locals when there are issues with their managed let's they are responsible for. There are ongoing complaints but no resolution after a long period hence the need to highlight. ***UPDATE AFTER PREVIOUS REVIEW *** After previous complaints from numerous neighbours, unacceptaple noise issues from their tenant remain not to dealt with from the same problem house they manage. After such a long time if nothing has been done it does not seem this letting agency deserves any better rating.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Communication with Debbie and her team has been brilliant. GoogleJust finished renting a house through Oliver Minton and would recommend them to others. I found everybody who worked at Oliver Minton really helpful both before and during the tenancy. We raised few issues during the tenancy, a tap was leaking and later a toilet (both wear and tear) and these were fixed quickly with no trouble. Plenty of prior notice if an inspection or repair was needed. I would recommend Oliver Minton to others.

YellAVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!
I have been a private tenant for 7 years and I can honestly say that Oliver Minton are the worst letting agents I have had the misfortune of renting from. They are completely unprofessional with their letting properties. Mine had NO maintenance for the 3 years I was with them. They never supplied an inventory. They failed to secure my deposit for 2 years; keeping my deposit in their account gaining interest! And to top it all they continue to refuse to release my deposit even though I left their property 7 months ago!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!
