GoogleMy property was previously on with another agent who was hard to get hold of and worked minimal hours, the property was transferred to limegreen from this agent with only an email stating it had taken place, obviously a bit of a surprise this had happened but was a move that was most satisfactory as limegreen is professional, know what they are doing and importantly at the end of the phone if I need to speak to them! Very satisfied.

GoogleThis company happily collected my rent each month but did nothing to sort out the damp, mould, draughty windows, hole in the front door, water coming through kitchen ceiling when it rained… because the landlord was a good customer of theirs and it was a collections only agreement. They did try and increase my rent though… despite Environmental health declaring the property below tolerable standard. The house was freezing cold, even with the heating on. The owner rang me to scream and shout down the phone at me when I copied my local councillor in on an email. Terrible company with no morals. Avoid !

GoogleViewed my partner and I's first flat through Limegreen Estate Agents and it was a lovely first experience. The agent on site at the property was very kind and helpful, keen to answer any questions we had. The property was exactly how it was described in the advertisement. Highly recommend :)

GoogleAfter almost 16months of a private let this company are managing for me I asked about their process for increasing the annual rent. I was astonished to find that this was depended on ‘someone looking’ whenever this person ‘choose to look’. Were it not for my asking there would have been no review. Now I need to wait until next year to get an increase in income. When I hired this company I was told that they were ‘on my side’. I’m glad they’re not on the other side. But I don’t think they are on my side at all. And, try finding out about any complaints procedure. I tried but was told that the only person (the only person in the whole company, mind you) who could advise me how to complain was not working at the moment! You couldn’t make it up. Update: the tenant has served notice to vacate. Unfortunately for me Limegreen were too busy to let me know until more than a week later. They were not too busy to immediately acknowledge this notice with the tenant and to wish them all the best.

GoogleThey were rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. They showed me properties that were nothing like what I asked for, and they tried to pressure me into signing a contract without reading it. They lied about the features and conditions of the houses, and they ignored my calls and emails when I had questions or complaints. They were the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

GoogleHad an issue with my boiler and emailed the Limegreen team on a Sunday. Received an email from Stephen first thing on Monday morning saying he requested gas engineer and he'd be out that day. Around 1100 engineer arrived and said boiler needed a new thermostat and that he'd order it but it might be a couple of days. But by 1300 the same day, he returned and installed a new thermostat as they actually had one in stock! Amazing service from Limegreen - always very helpful and go the extra mile to ensure problems are sorted quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

GoogleA year long problem with a broken shower door I was with another letting agent lime Green took over within a week this would have been sorted but my brother had a stroke so had to postpone the repair .update sad to say the owners of the property wouldn’t fix the door a shower curtain had to be attatched iv since moved out that property

GoogleI bought my house in 2018 from Limegreen and found them to be lovely and very helpful then, now on the market for a place for my daughter it is nice to see the staff continue to be very efficient and still as friendly!

No complaints so far and look forward to moving into our new flat very soon!

GoogleHad a viewing at a property today and was greeted nicely. He didn’t follow us about, he let us have a look ourselves so we didn’t feel pressured in anyway. Staff in the office seem very kind through phone calls I have had recently. 5 stars soo far :)

Immediate response through email and viewing has been booked on time liked the property at Kilmarnock don’t know next whether landlord accepts my application or not🙄. GoogleI viewed the property at Glebe Road, Kilmarnock. Although it ultimately was not for me, I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy shown by both the office agents and the person showing the property. Not every letting agent even replies to emails, but Limegreen was exemplary. Excellent service.
